| Delivery in UK | Royal Mail Special Delivery is included in the price for orders over £100. Orders under £100 are sent First Class with proof of posting with a flat rate postage charge of 1.65 plus 40p per bottle of ink or £2.95 for orders including stationery. We aim to despatch all orders within five working days but please allow 21 days for delivery. |
| Returns and Cancellation Policy | We accept back any pen which is not satisfactory
for any reason for a full refund. We will not accept repeat orders from customers who abuse this returns policy. Please
let us know that you will be returning the goods within 7 working days
of receipt. You also have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days from receipt of the goods without giving a reason and we will then refund your money as soon as possible but within 14 days of your cancellation and return of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We reserve the absolute right to decline to accept any order at our sole discretion. |
Handling Complaints |
We will acknowledge the complaint within 5 working days and provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute and keep the consumer informed about progress |
